Level 2 is similar to level 1,but instead of wires we use wireless connection(through RF etc. i.e. Radio Frequency)

When we press any switches ,then Encoder makes some particular unique Binary codes and it sends to the RF transmitter .
RF transmitter has an Oscillator which makes Sine waves by piezoelectric effect and data get transmitted through air in forms of Radio frequency.
RF receiver also has Oscillator oscillating in same frequency as of RF transmitter it accepts data in the form of Radio frequency and sends it to the Decoder.
Decoder gives signal to the Motor Driver to take corresponding actions

ENCODER AND DECODER ICs

In the left side's Circuit diagram ,There are HT-640 (ENCODER) and HT-648L (DECODER) are shown.there are such many more combinations are available for encoder and decoder ICs(one more example HT12E (ENCODER) and HT12D (DECODER))
ENCODER:-
An encoder is a device, circuit, transducer, software program, algorithm or person that converts information from one format or code to another, for the purposes of standardization, speed, secrecy, security, or saving space by shrinking size.(In our case ,it is circuit)
DECODER:-A decoder is a device which does the reverse of an encoder, undoing the encoding so that the original information can be retrieved. The same method used to encode is usually just reversed in order to decode.
In simple words ,Encoder coverts the signal in binary form and Decoder again converts binary signal and takes corresponding action. Here , In circuit diagram, we use the term VCC for positive and GND(i.e.ground) as negative.

We connect motor driver to Decoder .
motor driver controls the rotating direction of motors.
Motor diver consist 2 H-Bridges , by which we can control direction of rotation of 2 motors or 2 sets of motors.

As we can see in the diagram,this circuit is Symmetrical.

Pin numbers

The pins are numbered anti-clockwise around the IC (chip) starting near the notch or dot. The diagram shows the numbering for 8-pin and 14-pin ICs, but the principle is the same for all sizes.
